about

My latest project is the collection of songs entitled '33RPM'.
'It's Over Now' deals with a marriage breakup.
The bluesy aspect comes courtesy of a reworking of Nina Simone's Live version of 'House of the Rising Sun' and with a swing version of Ray Charles' 'Hit the Road Jack'.
Trouble Man is a short biopic of Marvin Gaye.
Once again, Ain't Got No....I Got life is a reworking of a few different live Nina Simone Versions of the same song.
Good Thing Going on is a Tribute to the songwriters of the 40s and 50s....Benny Carter, Harold Rome, Leiber and Stoller, King and Goffin.
It's Over Now deals with a marriage breakup, while 24 Hours a Day is quite the opposite, a story of a burgeoning realationship.
A Quite Faith in Angels and Liberty is a thought provoking essay on faith which poses more questions than answers.
Failed Christian is a song I heard performed many years ago by Henry McCullough.
Mercy Me deals with greed. A new video using public domain clippings can be seen on stephendunwoody.com
